TASTING REMARKS:
The first thing that stands out is its high intensity cherry red color, with very bright reflections and purple hues.
Notable complexity in nose, with intense aromas of fresh acid red fruit (redcurrant, strawberry and wild raspberry) characteristic of the Garnacha of our area, spicy notes from its short stay in barrel, deep aroma of violet flowers and a delicate mineral background placing us in this plot at 700 m altitude surrounded by aromatic herbs such as thyme, lavender, on an intense red ferrous clay soil.
On the palate, it is a “heritage” red wine (trend), fresh, easy on the palate, silky, with balanced acidity, intense black fruit notes with subtle balsamic notes and a long finish. Demonstrating the potential of this variety in high, cool areas and cultivation limits.
