50% White Tempranillo and 50% Viura from low yielding vineyards along with vineyards over 75 years old.
Type of production
Fermentation in new French oak barrels, aging on lees with for about 2 months.
- Appearance: It has an attractive straw yellow color with greenish hues. Clean, bright and almost crystalline.
- Aroma: Aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and peach, with citrus and floral notes. All of them over a new wood background.
- Palate: Oily and lively, with citrus and roasted notes. Balanced, elegant and persistent.
